I Have A Rash, Which Is Itchy,inflamed, Sweating, And Flakes

I have a rash, which is itchy,inflamed, sweating, and flakes skin. when wet the skin rubs off easily, around the bottom. I have used quarterzone creams but they just come back. Why is my body being affected by them. Contact dermatitis has been diagnosed on one. Is my imune system in a bad way for this to be happening?
