I Have A Rash...small Breakouts On My Chest, Shoulders, Lower

I have a rash...small breakouts on my chest, shoulders, lower arms, and legs and sometime on other parts of my today. They are small. It has been occuring for about a year. These places itch all the time. I have been to my internist, dermotologist, and now I have an appointment with an allergist. My internist has given me strong cream for the itching and that has helped. She has also given me a very low dose anti anxiety medicine because I am type A and a CPA. My dermotologist has taken two samples for labwork below my breast but they came out "normal" he says.
