I Have A Rather Large Lump On My Penis Shaft.

I have a rather large lump on my penis shaft. I am 17 so I do not have any STDs that I would know of. It started out as a tiny pimple looking white bump about 2 months ago but it just recently change to a skin toned large bump. I tried popping it gently with a sterilized needle but it wasn't nearly enough to reduce any swelling. Clear liquid did leak out. I take care of my hygiene
