I Have A Rather Large Raised Spot On My Right

I have a rather large raised spot on my right cheek that does not go away, instead it seems to have enlarged since the initial pinch it got from trying to remove a blackhead. What do you call this, and how do I get rid of it? People are telling me it's unsightly. Shelly
