I Have A Raw, Blistery Rash That Appeared On My

I have a raw, blistery rash that appeared on my face after I used a depilatory product. I believe there was an interaction with the retinoid/hydro quinine product that I use on a daily basis. Obviously I have discontinued the use of both until this rash has healed. My question is this: Can I layer neosporin with hydrocortisone? I believe both are needed due to the outbreak being both a rash, and oozing blisters. Thank you.
