I Have A Re-occurring Problem With The Arch Of My

I have a re-occurring problem with the arch of my left foot. It starts to peal and becomes an open sore over time. It does not happen to my other foot, nor does it spread any where other than the arch. It may be related to the use of sandals or flip-flops because it only seems to happen when I wear these types of shoes.
