I Have A Really Bad Toothache To Where The Pain

I have a really bad toothache to where the pain is bringing me to my knees i have had a headache for almost 24hrs i feel the major discomfort around the moler and my face feels kinda hot but my temp is a 96.6 i took a tylenol earlier to see if it would help but so far nothing and i felt like i was going to get sick just shortly after taking the tylenol any help is appriciated I want to get this taken care of but do not have insurence
