I have a really big fibroid which my gyno said is resting on my fallopian tube which stops me from ovulating. I've realised of recent each month on the 2nd day of my period im in immense pain rite above my vagina an achy pain throbbing through my legs. This pain lasts for 5 or more hours straight an nothing i take relieves it. Could this be the fibroids?
