I Have A Really Little Bump On The Top Lip,

I have a really little bump on the top lip, it's on the outside right where the lip meets the rest of my face. I had it for a little bit and recently started messing with it, I squeezed it once and white stuff came out and the next day it was red and hurt really bad I waited another day and put neosporin on it then squeezed it again and more white stuff came out, is it a pimple or what ?
