I Have A Rectocele And Have Just Had A Severe

I have a rectocele and have just had a severe bout of stomach cramps, sweating, diarrhea and pain in both hands. I noticed a lot of red blood when I had to have bowel movements. The amount of blood is getting much better now after several hours on and off the toilet. Should I be concerned about this, since it is getting much better.
