I Have A Recurring (6 Mos) Condition That Hits Suddenly

I have a recurring (6 mos) condition that hits suddenly in the morning causing nausea, chills, vomiting. It lasts for about 24 hours. The last episode went another 12'hrs. I have had 6 of these attacks over the last two years. My doctors are.at a loss, after tests for my kidneys, ct scans of my abdomen, blood tests and 4 consultations with my primay care doctor and 1 with a gastroenterologist. We have however discovered an Aortic Aneurism and an enlarged prostrate, conditions that require only monitoring at this point. It was first thought that my prostrate was blocking my ureters. . I'm 72 years old.
