I Have A Recurring Pain In My Upper Right Chest

I have a recurring pain in my upper right chest center, below my sternum. This occurs usually when walking or movement. I had an outbreak of shingles about a month ago to the left of this area, but they were manifest on the skin. Can shingles be under the skin & not be manifest? My other concern is it being a digestive issue since I'm on acid prohibitors. Thanks
