I Have A Recurring Pain That Seems To Be Under

I have a recurring pain that seems to be under my left rib cage in back of breast area. Manifests in the back. It seems to be associated with gas that gets trapped there, I believe, as I tend to burp air when this pain occurs. I have not had acid reflux, nor do I have it now. Had this pain for about a week.
