I Have A Recurring Stinging Pain In My Left Side,

I have a recurring stinging pain in my left side, possibly at the top of the descending colon. Was a bit constipated this morning and felt pain in this area, but no movement. Took a Culturelle tonight with loads of what. Are there other orgams in this area that could ge causing this mild stinging pain? Any other suggestions on what this might be?
