I Have A Red And Swollen Tragus On My Right

I have a red and swollen tragus on my right ear. It is very sensitive to the touch, and now has blood coming out from the backside inside my ear. I am assuming due to the swelling. I went to immediate care and was prescribed cephalexin 500 mg twice a day for ten days, along with orders to use warm compresses. The diagnosis was cellulitis of the face. Just looking for a second opinion
