I Have A Red Circle Around A Bite I Noticed

I have a red circle around a bite i noticed 5 days ago. The circle doesnt look like a typical lyme disease circle. I used antibiotics around 4 weeks ago. Im wondering if its possible that the circle isnt fully formed because there are still some of the antibiotics effects left weakening the lyme disease?
