I Have A Red Line Above My Anus All The

I have a red line above my anus all the way up towards my buttcrack. Its not itching or bleeding but it hurts when warm-hot water touch it. I used fucicort cream , lotriderm cream and lamisil spray for a couple of weeks without any success. I always wash the area with antiseptic gel soap whenever i pee and dty it up. 6 months ago i was suffering from constipation and my anus bleeds when pushing during defecating.. can this red line be due to anal fissure.. how can this line disappear. What can i do?!
