I Have A Red Lump On My Butt Cheek Close

I have a red lump on my butt cheek close to my but crack. It started small like a pimple but it got bigger, from friday till today Wednesday. It is very painful and red. I tried to pop it but nothing came out . I sitt almast all day long do to college, driving distance and at my office job. Please help me if i can do anything at home to make it go away or let me know if i have to seek my doctor.
