I Have A Red Mole On My Shoulder That I

I have a red mole on my shoulder that I have only just noticed. I am 20 years ( male ) and have a few moles. This mole was is raised and red and is circular with defined edges. It occasionally catches on clothing and has not been itchy or bleed but the skin on top of the mole has peeled slightly. The mole is about the size of a pea. I recently had another checked with my doctor, they did not notice this mole. Should I been concerned ?
