I Have A Red Painless Rash On One Side Of

I have a red painless rash on one side of my penis head. it doesn't itch of tingles and I don't have a discharge or anything. after about 2weeks red bumps appeared they don't hurt or anything but im worried. Ive been tested but from first glance the dr said it doesn't look like herpes. they weren't sure so im asking
