I Have A Red Patch In My Butt Crack And

I have a red patch in my butt crack and it itch a little looks like maybe I sweat and it real red and like bumps I used some femine Cortizone On it and it went away but came back I'm trying hydrocortisone what could it be and what can I get to get rid of it
