I Have A Red Patch On The Inside Of My

I have a red patch on the inside of my leg just above the ankle. It started out with 3 or 4 small red patch the largest being the size of a dime. Now it is a solid oval patch about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. It does not itch or is not painful. What could this be. I am concerned cause it is quite large now. I am presently working away from home in a remote camp north of Fort McMurray so I have no access to my doctor wh is 500 miles away. Should I be concerned with this.
