I Have A Red Pimple Like Bump Near My Pee

I have a red pimple like bump near my pee hole. There is a little bit of irritation. It does not hurt to pee, only when I'm finishe peeing, it burns on the outside a tiny little bit. It started off with irritation atbvagina but that went away. And then the pimple arose. And I don't know if this is related, but I just noticed a brown discharge in the middle of my period.
