I Have A Red Rash That Appeared On The Bottom

I have a red rash that appeared on the bottom of both of my legs the rash is not itchy and does not hurt. However all of my joints are swollen and very painfully, ankles, knees, elbows and wrist. I was told I may have Erythema nodosum. Could this be correct on something else
