I Have A Red Spot On My Clitoris, Not Really

I have a red spot on my clitoris, not really a bump, but it is very painful to the touch, ve had it a few days now, and I don't believe it it is an std, as I was tested a few months ago, and am in a faithful relationship, at least to my knowledge, im wondering what it could be. it does not hurt to go to the bathroom, only when its touched, I am 24
