I Have A Red Spot Under My Right Breast, Plus

I have a red spot under my right breast, plus I'm having sharp pain (not constant ) & itching going around my rib cage around that spot? It does not look like a bug bite it's not raised and it's been there for almost a week now. Cortisone and anti itching & burning meds don't seem to help.
