I Have A Reddish/pinkish, Flat, Circular, Small Splotchy Spot Of

I have a reddish/pinkish, flat, circular, small splotchy spot of the tip of my nose. It appeared after falling on my face during a seizure about 6 months ago. There's no pus or crusty discharge. It's very noticeable and difficult to cover up with makeup due to the brightness of the red color.
