I Have A Reddish Purple Bumb In My Urethra I

I have a reddish purple bumb in my urethra I am a male and just recently I started feeling a pain on the outside of my penis head where the bump is. I also have a oval spot on my penis head also and black spots on my penis shaft. I don't feel any pain and mild itching. The last time I head sex was about a month ago. Can you please tell me wat might be wrong
