I Have A Relative That Runs Out Of Her Monthly

I have a relative that runs out of her monthly opioid rx in 3 weeks and suffers thru the last week without it. She is a mess that week and I am pretty sure she is taking extra of her sleeping pills and muscle relaxant. She is also a heavy beer drinker. What is happening to her physically that week she is off her opioid?
