I Have A Remnant Acoustic Neuroma (didn't Remove It All

I have a remnant acoustic neuroma (didn't remove it all to avoid nerve damage to face) left me with deaf ear, balance prob, and a stagger to left when walking. Today a new unsettling sensation as though a mass of bubbles were popping under my skull, left me disorientated and if it weren't for my partner I would have stumbled into on coming traffic. Is this likely to happen again and what could be the cause
