I Have A Reoccurring Issue With A Red Spot That

I have a reoccurring issue with a red spot that grows and has a white center. The center around the white spot gets hard and hot. The redness radiates out from that. I have had about 4 or 5 in the last few months. I am able to clear it up using an Aloe cream I purchased on line for various skin issues but it comes back somewhere else. The mid section, stomach and breasts have been where it appears.
