I Have A Reorder From An MRI Saying, There Are

I have a reorder from an MRI saying, there are mulipleT2 hypertintensive foci within the periventricular deep white matter, which are non specific and most keeping with chronic small vessel ischaemic change. There is a small mega cisterns Magna which is a normal anatomical variant. Does this show dementia or damage to the brain?
