I have a report concerning a vaginal secretions test. It came out as follow:

Leucocytes: 25-30
Cellules epitheliales: 20-25
Trichomonas vagilis: pas d'evidence
Bacteries: +++
Poly nucleaires: quelques
Cellules epitheliales:quelques
Cocci gram(+): +
Bacilles gran (+): +
Coco bacilles Gram (-): ++
Please help me understand the results so I can know if everything's ok!
