I Have A Report That States L4-5: T2 Signal Loss

I have a report that states L4-5: T2 signal loss with moderate generalized annular disc bulging. This results in moderate bilateral foraminal encroachments at this . L5-S1: Midld annular disc bulging without evidence of canal or foraminal encroachment. Lumbar discs show no focal disc protrusion or extrusion.

The pt. has severe pain daily when doing any activity: bending, standing, riding in vehicle for year and increasing pain with time. Used to do construction, no turns valves in the ground and changes water meters for a living. He has gone through countless epidural floods, Cortizone injections all over back, physical therapy, radio frequency and uses an inversion table for stretching. He also has a tens unit that he uses frequently. Any ideas before we go back to the doc to hear there is nothing wrong and nothing can be done?
