I have a resting heart rate of 97. I have a self corrected transposition of the great arteries and had a aortic valve replacement and icd implanted. I get a twinge of pain in chest every now and then and an ache in my right shoulder. I don't have shortness of breath like when I was in cardiogenic shock.
