I Have A Resting Heart Rate Of A 44, My

I have a resting heart rate of a 44, my jaw bone hurts and my left shoulder hurts. i feel some numbness in my left fingers. I also feel like am nervous about something, but i have no reason to feel that way. My legs get really heavy to the point where i cant walk. All of those things don't happen to me all the time and all at onces. its off and on for the past week. i just don't feel right, my brain is cloudy and its hard for me to focus and my brain just hurts, not like a headache more of like its being over used.. 29 year old female nicole
