I Have A Result In Xray Today And I'm Curios

I have a result in xray today and I'm curios cause I don't understand..the result is hazy densities are seen in the right upper lobe ..and impression is ptb .right upper live activity undetermined ? What does it mean can I still get the health card .please do answer?
