I Have A Retroaortic Left Renal Vein,atelectasis,granuloma In My Lung,caliestasis,duplicated

I have a retroaortic left renal vein,atelectasis,granuloma in my lung,caliestasis,duplicated collecting system,and a cortical defect in upper pole of right kidney-----tired all the time ,right and left flank pain,uti and frequent kidney infections,1.7cm cyst on ovary,low grade fevers off and on,alot of nausea,recently started getting achey legs and cramps in calf---definately drink enough water and get enough potassium----whats going on?
