I Have A Right Flank Pain Always Constantly There. I

I have a right flank pain always constantly there. I have been able to eat dandelion, apple juice and it makes things a little better. I also have a pain on the inside of my right foot below the ankle bone. I have experienced blurry vision a few times, headaches at my temples. I also feel dizzy. I am also always tired. I have been diagnosed with high triglycerides, bun and egfr are ok, blood sugar is ok also. Urine analysis tested ok. I do have frequent urinations. I know for sure I don't have appendicitis, I have had two Ct scans and all appears normal. I also experience constipation. Sometimes I have very bad breath, so this makes me wonder if there is a bile or liver issue? It seems to me the kidneys are hurting because when I feel really bad, I have pain on both sides.
