I Have A Right Sore Shoulder And, I Am Aches

I have a right sore shoulder and, I am aches a over with a headache for several daysI can't get rid of it despite taking hydrocodone on doctor's orders. The left side of my nose is running for a few days. I'm tired all the time. I just feel miserable. I don't have a fever.
