I Have A Round Half Dollar Size Bruise With A

I have a round half dollar size bruise with a white circular center about 1/4" in size on the inside of my left arm. It does not hurt in any way. I think I got it last Friday and it seems to fade some in the daytime but be darker again in the morning. Should I be concerned?
