I Have A Round Infected Circle On My Leg About

I have a round infected circle on my leg about 1/5 inches with outer ring is red, just inside is whitish ring, a little rough like dead skin, most of the middle is red, with red dot in middle.... the middle part appears wet but isn't. No pain, no itch. discovered it 2 weeks ago. doctor gave antibiotics but just keeps growing.
