I Have A Round Spit That Appears Like Ringworm But

I have a round spit that appears like ringworm but I don't think it is. I've had it for 2 weeks and it's gotten a little bigger. It's about the size of a quarter now but there have bee no others show up. It is red , doesn't itch or hurt it's on my upper leg about 4 inches down from underwear line
