I Have A Row Of Pinkish/red Spots Along The Bottom

I have a row of pinkish/red spots along the bottom of my penis. They do not hurt. They do not inch. Some have almost like a slight scabbing look around it. They are about one millimeter is diameter. I understand there are a lot of different spots out there, but is there any way you can tell me if this sound serious?
