I Have A Runny Nose And I Have A Nose

I have a runny nose and I have a nose ring. I took little pieces of tissue d rolled em into balls and stuck them in my nostrils to sop the runny nose. I Woke up with a lot of pain from the left sife of my nose where my iercing is because the tissue ball pushed against my piercing and my nose ring end is stuck in the middle of my piercing hole and it hurts a lot when i try to move it. My left e of my nose is swollen and the area around my piercing is swollen. I don't know what to do
