I Have A S Ister Who Is Being Treated For

I have a s ister who is being treated for leg cramps or restless legs she has been on med calledRo]inirole she 79 year old and brain drama since birth her legs are begin with a purple bruise then in few hours they turn red and spread now they are on both legs in calf area .can you please tell me what could be happening they seem to be getting bigger. The burises are getting larger she is handicapped severly we go for blood work tomorrow.
