I Have A Salivary Gland In My Left Gland .it

I have a salivary gland in my left gland .it was identified 7 years ago but i did not feel any problem because after meal swelling dissolved immediately but now last 10 days swelling did not dissolve and i feel uncomfartable . Stone size is 7.4 mm. what is the solution
