I Have A Scab That Was Recently Bleeding On The

I have a scab that was recently bleeding on the top inside part of my ear. I'm not an person that knows alot about my ear. But it is on my left ear, and the scab is not on my right. I cleaned up the scab and I found blood. What should I do to stop this?
