I Have A Scar Above My Left Eyebrow. I Was

I have a scar above my left eyebrow. I was punched in the face by someone wearing a knuckleduster. An orthopaedic surgeon closed up the wound intially. The wound healed nicely however the area surrounding the scar became raised even though the scar itself was flat. I finally decided to have the scar excised in the hope that the area surrounding the scar could have been flattened. The maxillo facial surgeon removed additional scar tissue from the area. Unfortunately, once the scar healed the area looked raised again. Since this excision, I have had Triamcinolone acetonide (Kenalog) and fraxel laser to settle the issue. Unfortunately this has not been successfull.

What do you recommend next ?
