I Have A Scar In My Upper Pub I Area

I have a scar in my upper pub I area I just shaved not to long ago and everything seemed fine the first night I thought it was nothing so I ignored it so then I finally touched it and went to go see the hole looks about 2 inches deep and idk where it came from it looks as if something was removed it's about the size of a marble actually looks like I could fit a small bead in it it hurts and it's bleeding I'm extremely concerned
